Who are the Experience Creators?<\/b><\/h3>\n

In a room there are 7 people who do not know each other and start talking.<\/p>\n

The director of a cultural center, a snowboard instructor, a music festival promoter, a food culture expert, a scientist and popularizer, a yoga teacher, and a cooperator.
To break the ice, the usual questions are asked a bit and everyone tells about their work and their lives, all different stories, almost mutually alien.
Then one person asks another “why,” why do you do what you do?<\/em><\/p>\n

They all take turns responding and listening to each other smile, realizing that each of their (alien) stories shares the exact same matrix, only with different clothes.<\/p>\n

They had all more or less given this answer:
“I love what I do; it’s my way of engaging people in experiences<\/strong> that can make them happy and offer them an opportunity to learn<\/strong> about themselves and the world.”<\/p>\n

Curious, but thinking about it, there are millions of people around the world who use a wide variety of languages: art, sports, science, culture, tourism<\/strong>, … to create happy experiences that can transform<\/strong> people’s lives.
A lot of people, a cosmos of ideas, creativity and skills capable of acting on the progress of the world by talking to people, one at a time.
We call them transformative industries<\/strong>, and we think that right now, at this delicate and complex stage of history, there is a huge need for them.

Why is there a need to create transformative experiences?<\/b><\/h3>\n

Apical is a startup is a community<\/strong>, we founded it because we think society is full of people and organizations capable of creating extraordinary and truly transformative experiences, and that is what is needed<\/em>.<\/p>\n

So that their united impact can multiply.
So that together we can act for a society that is more inclusive, more equitable, more caring, and more capable of caring.<\/p>\n

However, we know that there are enormous challenges to be faced in the journey from an idea to a sustainable project<\/strong> and that not all* have the resources, skills, and network necessary to pull it off.<\/p>\n

That’s why we created
\n Apical Pilot Program<\/a>
\n<\/span>
The Pilot is a 6-month acceleration program, based on the startup method<\/strong> and teamwork, designed to propel growth<\/em>, reduce costs and risk in each project.<\/p>\n

It is open to all transformative languages<\/strong>: sports, culture, art, science and tourism<\/em>, but not only.<\/p>\n

What are the requirements?<\/b><\/h3>\n

There are no entry requirements, only two conditions:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Creators think as we do that creating experiences is a form of social innovation<\/strong>, and this is what motivates them\/us<\/li>\n
  2. Creators have the ability to create sustainable<\/strong>, transformative<\/strong> and innovative<\/strong> experiences<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We need everyone*, we truly believe that transformative industries, united, can create tremendous social impact<\/strong> and bring about real change.<\/p>\n

    Therefore, we wanted the program to be truly inclusive<\/strong> and also suitable for those who are sol*, have another day job and little time to devote.<\/p>\n

    How does it work?<\/b><\/h3>\n

    The work plan includes 1 weekly meeting at 6:30 pm with an average workload of 1 hour per day and is also accessible to non-VAT holders.<\/p>\n

    In addition, the Pilot includes free access to Apical services: administrative direction and travel<\/em> +
    \n e-commerce platform<\/em>
    \n<\/a>, to enable participants to work professionally from the start, with no worries or investments to bear.<\/p>\n

    We are Apical, a startup and community where Creators of transformative experiences can find their home and everything they need to grow.<\/em><\/p>\n
