During one of the Pilots in Talk<\/span> events, two Creators who participated in the Pilot Program met live on Apical’s FB Community<\/em> to compare notes and talk about their projects. In the course of the interview, it becomes clear how much their projects manage to resemble each other and represent the same values, such as personal growth, transformation and sustainability, despite offering activities that cover substantially different fields.<\/p>\n

Barbara and Cynthia<\/strong>, from Innova<\/strong>, and Marina<\/strong>, from Archeo Cammini<\/strong>, met to talk about their projects.<\/p>\n

Innova<\/h4>\n

Barbara is caught up in the world of interpersonal relationships<\/em>. A complex and fascinating universe. It is a path where there is never a term a moment where you can say, “I have grown, I have learned.” It is an ongoing growth<\/strong> and she likes to share what she has learned and transformed, in lives and relationships. What he proposes with his project, given the complexity of the world of relationships, is divided into three strands: the first concerns thelearning the ability to communicate more clearly<\/strong>; a second important point is the understanding of the entanglements and memories of relationships in the affective, professional, and other spheres<\/strong>; a third specificity on which it relies heavily is the Work on intelligence and body awareness. <\/strong><\/p>\n

In fact, Barbara’s experiences propose in-depth work on family of origin, birth scenario and prenatal memories. <\/p>\n

Such activities rely heavily on bodily intelligence, and through them a direct response never comes at the end of the experience, but let people themselves understand.<\/p>\n

Archaeo Paths<\/h4>\n

Marina, however, deals with something else entirely. It is a tour guide, to be precise a archeo guide<\/strong> e is particularly concerned with archaeological trails, experimental archaeology and land archaeology.<\/strong> His project is called Archeo Cammini: this name means not only a physical walk, but also a inner journey we take in self-knowledge.<\/em> Somehow, Marina’s project meets with what Barbara does, at other levels and with other techniques.<\/p>\n

Marina is involved in experiential archaeology, slow tourism and proposes itineraries other than the usual tourist routes<\/strong>. Being on Rome has ease in creating more particular itineraries that lead to greater awareness or knowledge of oneself thanks to Exercises done on site or activities in which he calls people in the group to participate<\/strong>, during which there is direct participation by all people. <\/p>\n

His project came about in a somewhat peculiar way. She has exactly one moment of beginning: the idea was generated when, looking at Michelangelo’s Last Judgment inside the Sistine Chapel, an inspiration came to her. Just as Michelangelo combined architecture sculpture and painting, Marina wanted to combine her passions, namely archaeology, nature, and self-knowledge (now defined as personal growth).<\/p>\n

How did the Innova project come about?<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Barbara and Cinzia met in 2006 when they went through the counceling journey together. After that, they always kept in touch and went on a series of long journeys together, such as the Camino de Santiago.<\/p>\n

The actual project came out of Barbara’s meeting with Apical. Particularly with the Pilot Program, which immediately seemed an interesting tool for her to propose projects in a different way than what they normally did.<\/em> Afterwards, Barbara proposed to Cynthia to participate in building a joint project; they liked the idea and started working together.<\/p>\n

Although they shared a common path, over time they developed different skills and acquired tools such as breath, meditation, and body techniques. The idea is to offer an integrated course using different tools to bring more depth to body knowledge and to deepen the tools acquired<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The difficulties during the course of the Innova project<\/h4>\n

On this path Barbara and Cinzia found some difficulties because for the first time they started working on a project together. They found obstacles and had some moments to clarify, but through the tools they acquired, a lot of communication and the desire to pursue a common project, they always solved all the obstacles they found<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Marina’s obstacles<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Barbara asks Marina if she has encountered any obstacles along the way. Marina answers yes and states that she still has some.<\/p>\n

Marina has encountered obstacles on her path from the moment she She carries out her project alone<\/em> e does not have the opportunity to compare himself, for better or worse, with other people.<\/em> In addition, the technologies<\/strong> modern create some difficulties for her and she is more comfortable in more analog and manual areas. However, Marina is positivia, she is convinced of the validity of her ideas and her project and hopes as soon as possible to spread oves et boves<\/em> her project, because everyone needs to know how many fantastic activities can be done in archaeology<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The future of Innova<\/h4>\n

Barbara and Cinzia have organized a series of seminars in locations surrounded by nature, where there is space and a way to find time for oneself, grow, integrate and learn new tools<\/strong>. These seminars will begin in September and will be structured to alternate between communication and family constellations and will follow complementary topics so that people can follow the single seminar and\/or the whole course<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Shared thoughts<\/strong><\/h4>\n

On the technological side, Archeo Cammini and Innova share the fact that they are not very experienced. This is precisely why they rely so much on the support Apical is able to give them<\/span>. The dual interview is a clear example: they are within the same Community and are going through the same journey to learn, grow and compare.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In fact, Marina believes that when technological tools are used well, they are a great opportunity to enrich real life<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Barbara<\/strong>, on his side, was attracted to Apical because it is a startup that focuses heavily on sustainability, small businesses, startups, young (but not only) people, and has a fresh, innovative atmosphere with a social outlook-all values she deeply shares and appreciates.<\/strong> Barbara particularly liked the work carried out with Nicola, which made her build the identity of the project, starting from the shared values and trying to get a sense of what the needs, desires and concerns of the users might be.<\/span><\/strong> As a result of the evolution of the initial idea, Innova was able to change and grow as it went along, despite minor initial difficulties, which were later overcome, involving the technical languages of the industry.<\/p>\n

Marina<\/strong> also found benefit in talking with Nicola, the rest of the team, and even the other Community Creators<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

To conclude, Barbara tells us that, as a side effect of the path she has taken with Apical and the Pilot Program, she is keen to discover and follow all the projects that are part of the Apical Community.<\/strong> Marina agrees and she would also love to be able to meet other Creators and fellow students in person, because she realized that they are all based on the same values, but at the same time each develops projects differently.<\/strong> This for Marina is highly enriching and inspiring.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
