Let’s start with a reflection that arose from some conversations over the past few days, hoping it will be useful a bit to all* \ud83d\ude09
It often happens that I talk to people who want to launch something new but have little money available.<\/p>\n

Obviously this is a normal, I would say very normal condition-no need to worry.<\/p>\n

Launching a new project<\/strong> means facing a lot of challenges and also spending a lot of money<\/p>\n

The question is, what to prioritize?<\/p>\n

The answer I often hear: the website<\/strong>!
I think this is a mistake, and it is the point I want to make in this post.<\/p>\n

\ud83e\udd14 Does the site matter? I would say yes
\ud83e\udd14 Is the site indispensable? It seems so, almost always
\ud83e\udd14 Is the site the first thing? No, I would say no, almost never<\/p>\n

>> Here’s the point:
If you want to do advertising<\/strong> you necessarily need a page to land people on, if you want to be autonomous with respect to social networks you need to have recognition and therefore a web page, if you want to form partnerships, find collaborators, etc., you need a web page
Okay, but when do you get this? In the beginning? I would say no!
Then if money is tight it is better to focus on priorities, here a list of things that in my opinion come before the site:<\/p>\n

  1. Define your identity<\/em> and positioning, understood as how your project solves an important problem for a possibly large number of people in an innovative and defensible way (i.e., it is difficult for others to copy you)<\/li>\n
  2. Talk to people, starting with those closest to you, to see if your assumptions are reflected in their perceptions or if you have made* it all up<\/li>\n
  3. Create a community<\/strong> for free in Facebook and Instagram to find audience, talk to them and build brand<\/li>\n
  4. Prepare test products<\/strong> to launch in community, without really creating them–just basic info to see people’s response<\/li>\n
  5. Collect pre-registrations<\/li>\n
  6. Prepare technical direction<\/strong>, put suppliers under contract, define business plan<\/li>\n
  7. Create the website and e-commerce<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This is the Apical method, that is, the opposite of what 99% of people do, same things – opposite order. \ud83d\udd25<\/p>\n

    Moral:
    The site is important but it is of no use to you if you have not done the first 6 points.<\/p>\n

    The sequence with which you approach the goals makes the difference more than anything else
