Bureaucracy in the world of experience
Working properly is complicated, there are insurances, invoices and contracts to be made, you have to manage suppliers, user data and payments in a safe and serious way
For those starting from scratch, bureaucracy is the first difficult problem…but to be honest, no one takes it lightly, on the contrary…
There is a lot of responsibility, and this is a positive sign because being professional means valuing people and, of course, lowering one’s risk.
This post simulates a recurring conversation in meetings with projects applying to the Pilot Program.
Why recurrent?
Well because.
in the world of experiences more and more often innovative things are imagined and created by those who have never been a part of tourism.
There are people, associations, event companies, teachers of any and “simple” enthusiasts of their territories who invent fantastic things, our duty is to support them* because their values and the wealth of innovation they bring with them are pure, fresh air for the travel industries.
Working properly is complicated, there are insurances, invoices and contracts to be made, you have to manage suppliers, user data and payments in a safe and serious way.
Then there is accounting, which in tourism works in a curious way, the famous 74-Ter regulates accounting so differently that often our very good accountant of the heart at some point can no longer follow.
etc. etc. etc.
This is not a post where you explain everything, it would be really complicated and take a lot of space.
This is a post in which we congratulate the new generation of Creators who demonstrate responsibility and seriousness like we have never seen before.
The generation of “squatters” is not this, they are still there for sure but much less than in the past.
So much also depends on the fact that it is imperative today to accept digital payments, which makes it unlikely to make furbishing, but not only that.
I see there a great deal of respect from new people to those who have been in tourism professionally all their lives, to their guests and more generally to the concept of professionalism.
At Apical we love to help everyone get off to a good, safe and prepared start….
That is why in addition to support and technology, in 2019 we got our own travel license, which we make available to those who are not yet ready to have their own.
Yay for professionalism of future professionals
